Master planned community, Panama City, Panama. Tri-Core Companies is the principal engineer for the Panama Railroad Company, responsible for all aspects of the on-going development process of Colonias de Cardenas, a 2500 Acre master planned Community.
Project tasks include preparation of initial budget estimates for the development process, preparation of the master plan (Anteproyecto) for submittal to the Ministry of Housing, preparation of the unit I construction plans and specifications, contractor negotiations, offsite roadway, water, sewer improvements, commercial development, field survey for topography data for unit I and boundary survey for the entire site.
